How long did it take you guys to deliver after effacement at 1cm dilation?

I was effaced today, and 1cm dilating. I’m 35 weeks. The baby was completely dropped she said too, she said she felt the baby right when she went in to check dilation. 
I am just wondering how long it took you guys to progress further

I was 3cm and 80% effaced for 3 weeks before my first was born. Dilation means nothing until you're in active labor with try labor contractions unfortunately.

I was 2cm at my 36 week check, delivered at 39 weeks 5 days.

Ive been 4cm dilated and 100% effaced for two weeks now labor hasnt been on the horizon unfortunately and i’ll be 40 weeks tomorrow

I was 2cm 100% effaced after 7hrs of contractions. Then i went from 2cm to 9cm in an hour. Let my body "do its thing" for 2 hrs, actively pushed for 2hrs and baby girl arrived
