Period cramps?

So I’m usually on time for my period. I have 2 apps one says I’m 5 days late, one says I’m 3 days late. I have cramps but very dull. I don’t want to take a test to get a negative🤦🏼‍♀️. But can these be pregnancy cramps?

Could be anything, won’t know unless you take a pregnancy test. Cramps could be from progesterone, pregnancy, pms
