Would you say this is just normal baby acne? All over her face and upper back. My 1st never had any type of baby acne. We're washing her face morning and night and applying breast milk. Is there anything else we can do to help? ETA Update in comments

We have tried so many things. 
COCONUT oil has cleared her cheeks up over night!
It's definitely not eczema as her bother had that and this is no where near the same. He had it so bad I had to cut dairy (which I still don't have)
We are changing laundry detergent.

This happened to my baby at 6 weeks and we used muprocin (Strong neosporin) and mustela no rinse wash. Cleared up in less than 48 hours!

Mine does this whenever he gets his face on any thing that has been washed in detergent other than free and clear

Mine had this too. My doctor told me to use detergent with no dye or fragrance. I wash her clothes in All free clear for sensitive skin detergent now. Idk if that was it or just time, but she no longer has it.
