My boyfriend dosent care if hes their for his child being born

We already have 1 child together. He and my sister were there when my son was born. Due to covid my hospital is only allowing 1 person to be there from start to finish and my sister was joking around about her being there instead of him and he said he wouldent care. I asked him later if he was serious and he was. He said it's not that important to him if hes there or not. Is it wrong of me to be hurt about this ? I just feel like he should want to be there for the birth of his child.....
