Adjusting flanges while pumping? Flow issue

Hi,  I've been pumping since I'm an essential worker.  I've noticed that my flow stops, but if I break the seal on my boob and let air in,  the milk stream will start again. The issue is this is every 1-2 minutes.  Is the flange size wrong?

It sounds like it may be the wrong size. Is your nipple shifting and when you break the seal it moves it back where it should be? If that's the case then you probably need a smaller flange.
