Late Onset GD?

I am currently 36+2 weeks pregnant, and my 36 week urinalysis came back showing 2+ urine glucose. Every pee test before now has been normal, and I passed my glucose blood test weeks ago. This is my second pregnancy, and I was not diabetic for the first. I started off this pregnancy about 20lbs overweight, and I've only gained about 30 lbs since then. Baby is measuring about 6lbs 5 oz now, so nothing crazy big, and I haven't heard anything from my midwife yet in regards to this test. Is this just a fluke? Or is there an actual chance of developing gestational diabetes this late in pregnancy? 😞
