Restless leg syndrome (RLS)
Hey ladies! I know there are several threads about this but they’re old and I’m looking for new information.
Here is what I’m trying and it’s not working.
6 oz tonic before bed
Magnesium lotion
Magnesium supplements
Stretching before bed
I told my doc and she just said it’s common, didn’t offer a blood test or recommend anything different.
Any other anecdotal remedies? I’m 17 weeks and sooooooo tired!
