Yeast infection?

Can a yeast infection be on vagina lips only? My labia is red and slightly tender. Maybe a little itchy? But I shaved a few days ago, so not super distinguishable. I don’t have any itching or pain on my actual vagina. I’ve only had like one yeast infection years ago so not really sure. Should I just go ahead and treat it as such? It seems to me it’s from being moist almost constantly from extra discharge.
