Got Pregnant with Neg. OT?

Has anyone not gotten a firm positive on their ovulation sticks but still gotten pregnant?? So I’ve been testing religiously, and have had some varying levels on my ovulation tests but no firm positive. Physically though I’m having all my usual signs that I should be ovulating any day now. Egg white stretchy CM, sex drive up, dirty dreams (haha yea that’s a thing for me). But I’ve read that fertile signs don’t necessarily mean ovulating. So I was hoping for some positive news from you ladies that there’s still a chance. I’m knocking boots just in case 🤞🏻😂
