Is non-alcoholic beer okay while pregnant?

I’m 9 weeks with my first and was going to have a non alcoholic beer or two during a BBQ. Some websites say it’s okay and some say not to have any at all. Just wondering what y’all did during your pregnancies. Please be kind!

I’ve been drinking the Budweiser prohibition brew and the non-alcoholic Heineken! Both are 0.0% alcohol. Not sure why some people are saying it’s not okay?

I would say it’s okay if there’s no alcohol in it? It would be the same as having soda wouldn’t it?

Yep definitely! I’d probably just make sure it’s one of the absolute 0% NAs (some have a super small percentage of alcohol in them).
