The biggest I've ever been
Hello all! My hubby and I are about to start our ttc journey. I currently weigh 206 lbs but I'm trying to get down to my gw of 125. I've been cutting calories, watching what I drink (no more lattes amiright), and excersizing, but the weight is stubborn. I have Hashimotos (a thyroid problem) and feel like I'll never make it to my goal weight. What do you all do to stay positive and not get impatient with yourselves?
