Will an OPK show two lines of your pregnant and NOT actually ovulating??

Ok so I had a MC a couple months back and I heard about how your ovulation can be effected by this. I have two apps one being Glow that said I ovulated on the 29th. The other said I would ovulate on the 6th. I decided to take an opk on the 6th just for the heck of it.. It came back with two pink lines.. I was estatic!! We got busy and I though that would be the end of it.. For some reason I decided to take two more today not too long ago just to see and again! I got two pink lines😰 Long story short I seen that they can detect pregnancy ALSO!! So what do you ladies think?? I knw the test look dry.. and so on..and so on.. BUT this is the same way they looked earlier within the time limit so it's not an evap or error.. I did take a pregnancy test which I believe I see a vvfl🌈 The HCG test I'd on the left and the other two are opk...Soo please vote and leave any comments!! Thanks in advance!! Today is officially my Birthday and this is honestly all I wanted this year!🌈💕🌈
