Update
It’s been a long week and this journey has not been easy. I started on April 30th, so I’m only 2 weeks into my journey. My start weight was 175 and my goal is to lose 30-35 pounds. My weight today is 172.7 pounds. It’s going slow but it’s going. Usually I would have given up by now but I’m definitely looking at the bigger picture. Below are my progress pictures. Not too much of a big difference but they are a week apart.
