1 year old poop situation

Anyone else's baby/1yr old go through this????

So ever since my daughter started to eat table food and drink whole cows milk she gets really backed up. Like the next day is hell. This happens with any thing but her formula. She will be 1 years old on May 24th. She will start screaming in pain and crying uncontrollably when she makes a bowel movement and i just hold her and try to comfort her knowing i can't do anything.. Yes i have tried prune juice. She hates it and it's useless as all hell. Docs won't see her unless she is dying thanks to covid. Help mamas. It happends with ALL FOOD AND DRINKS. Other then formula. Its like a big hard poop ball.
