..... over it lol how do I get my baby to self soothe?

I feel like I’m waking up every 10 minutes to give her a boob. And she’s not hungry she just uses it as a pacifier. She thinks she always has to be sucking on something! I’ll get her a pacifier sometimes to replace my boob and it works for a little bit but she can never keep it in her mouth it always pops out lol she tries to use her fingers but ends up chocking herself so I won’t let her! I just want to sleep a few hours without being interrupted lol

She sleeps through the night for the most part, just dream feeds whenever she’s hungry.
