Looks totally normal. And if you’re switching boobs before the first boob is fully drained, then it’s almost certainly because he’s getting more foremilk than hindmilk.

This looks normal to me. I am on babe number 4 and have seen that exact poopy diaper many times

I read online it can be from teething, eating a lot of greens (which I eat healthy due to a mostly vegan diet, but I don’t consume more vegetables than the average person honestly), or maybe from baby not getting enough hindmilk. 
I have recently started switching him midnurse to both breast because he went through a week or two of crazy fussiness and constantly being hungry. I thought maybe he wasn’t getting enough milk from one boob and needed both. Maybe that’s stopping him from getting enough hindmilk though. No clue! 
He is EBF and 6 weeks currently.
