How can even the first month of TTC make me feel so sad!

All my memories of the desperate times before getting pregnant with my first are again so vivid in my head. Back then we had already visited the fertility clinic and were starting treatments, but then I got pregnant after 18 cycles of trying before the treatment began. Mentally it was a really tough time.

I've struggled a lot with not knowing when I'm ready for another round.. Now when I am, even the first month of trying and AF showing up felt awful. Ugh. I hope we will have it easier the second time! 🤪🙏🏻
