Judgment for wanting to get pregnant now

My husband and I have a 10 month old. We both have always said we want to have 2 kids. I just turned 35 so the clock is ticking to a degree

I mentioned in March that we were going to start trying for baby #2 and all three people I mentioned this to have made some kind of judgmental comment because of the pandemic.

We understand that the world is scary and uncertain but what are we supposed to do? Not have a second baby like we always planned?

Anyone else getting this response or just us?
