Belly wraps

FTM here asking the seasoned mamas. Do you think belly wrap postpartum is necessary? They are so expensive and I worry I will feel really claustrophobic with it on and end up not wearing it. I can’t stand anything on me that’s overly restrictive. I was chubby before I got pregnant so my belly is already a little saggy on the bottom now from pregnancy and I’m super worried it’s gonna look absolutely awful after delivery. What do you guys think? Are they actually comfortable to wear and do they help with the sagging? If you do think I should get one which do you recommend that are affordable? TIA!
