TTC struggles - high sex drive

I’m 24 and he’s 28 my child is from a previous partner. She is 6. I had a bit of meltdown this AM with my man him cumming too much and or not giving his balls time to regenerate between us having sex a lot and him masturbating I’m worrried there is no spermies left for my eggs at this current rate we’re going. Which is a lot. We’re both satisfied with the amount and frequency.  he expressed concern that he might be broken since I didn’t get pregnant the first or second time and once I thought about it I was like “you’re not broken you’re simply cumming too frequently.” He only has one functioning testicle however that should be enough to conceive.
