OB just called...now I'm worried

I am scheduled to have an appointment on June 10th. It was supposed to be a video appointment. The front desk just called and asked if I could switch to an in office visit to do some labs. I just had an appointment on Friday May 15th and they did an ultrasound and took my blood for the First Trimester screening. At that appointment they said I wouldn't have labs again until my 20 week appointment for the optional AFB screening. They measured the nuchal translucency and said it was at 1.6. Babies nose bone was visible. Babies heart rate was 157. I was 12 weeks and 2 days, baby was measuring 13 weeks and 2 days.

I was told I probably wouldn't have my results from my First Trimester screening for about a week. Today, May 18th, seems too early for those results but these sudden previously not discussed 16 week labs are freaking me out that maybe they did get the results back and aren't telling me something. I asked when I was on the phone what these labs were for and the desk person couldn't tell me and told me she would have a nurse call me back. Not knowing what these previously not discussed labs are for is upsetting and worrying me

Some background on me I guess. This is my first pregnancy ever. I have Hypothyroidism. I've also always been slightly anemic. I had the Prenatal Panel done on 4/23 and all results came back normal. They said they didn't need to make any adjustments to my synthroid. I passed the glucose test as well.

Maybe I'm overreacting but it felt like being blindsided to have it changed so suddenly after having just had an appointment where they said everything looked perfect and no need to have an in office visit to in office visit with unknown lab work. Any one have any insight?

Here are some of my ultrasound pictures from my most recent visit.
