Chest pain

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I woke up today with bad chest pain. When I breathe I get this awful pain in my sternum. I want to cry. It’s 8:45 and I have an appointment at 11:00 but has anyone else had this? It hurts bad enough that I’m getting nauseated. I hiked 15 miles this week of so I’m hoping I’m just sore because of that and my lungs are just feeling that. I’m terrified this could be corona. I’m immunosuppressant a celiac and pregnant with a rainbow baby so this is very scary.
