Studies have shown that more than 200 mg of caffeine in the first trimester can increase your chance of miscarriage. Better to be safe and not have more than a cup or 2 a day

Caffeine made my nausea worse. I stuck to decaf teas. I’m only now starting to drink black teas in the morning and coffee on weekends. 12 weeks.

No I only had coffee a few times when I got bad headaches during first trimester and no coffee test of pregnancy because I didn’t have any more headaches. But I think a small cup of coffee is fine you can ask your ob
