A huge lesson I’ve learned is you can either swim with the current or get sucked down by the rip tide. There have been so many abrupt changes in the past year of my life and the past week has been no exception (announcement coming soon). Keeping my spirits up the best as I can by allowing myself to feel all the feels, rally and reminding myself I am strong - inside & out. . If we seek to find the positive in situations rather than fighting the unsolicited change, we realize each new season the universe provides exactly what we need. So all we can do is trust it🖤
