Pupps Rash, OB said

Ladies,

Who here has been told by their OB about a rash called PUPPS? At my 28 wk appt I showed him and he said pupps and nothing will help til I deliver.. he said hydrocortisone cream I can use but it doesnt work. I've tried coconut oil/lotion, baby oil, numerous lotions... it started on my shins, then disappeared... now on my arms and shoulders and on top of my breasts... now when do I worry that it turns into or could turn into the rash that you have to deliver early bc it's a sign of liver/kidneys starting to fail?
