2 years after ectopic surgery

I had an ectopic surgery almost 2years ago, and had my left fallopian tube removed. I have noticed that after having that procedure done, the side where the tube was removed would have this aching dull every month. And then during my Af it would be this excruciating pain that I am having to take ibuprofen every month WHILE on my period, and also a little before AF.

My AF just finished last week, and I am already having this dull ache on the left side again. Is this normal??
