Cramping subchorionic/tear

I’m a nurse ina procedural are at the hospital. I’ve had one miscarriage and one healthy pregnancy. I’m 9 weeks today. Over the weekend I had some cramping but nothing horrible just a little more than normal. Today at work it was a lot more and sharper. I got one of the ultrasounds techs to check on baby. He said that the baby looked good. I heard the heartbeat! Then he said I had a tear/subchorionic hemorrhage.

My question...I have not had any bleeding yet but I’ve been having cramps any had cramping not bleeding and baby been ok?

I don’t know that I can mentally handle another miscarriage 😢
