Miscarriage?

Hey,
Has anyone ever had a painless, bloodless miscarriage? I think I have just had one and I'm in shock and so confused. I passed something from my vagina and I'm so confused as to what it was.
I am going to my local ER to get looked at. I just want to know what I need to expect after the shock and confusion wear off.

Miscarriage for me was painful. Heavy cramping and heavy bleeding. How far along are you?

Upload the picture. My miscarriage was extreme clots and horrific cramping, but three days later I passed the sac, it was very obvious what it was as there was no bleeding accompanied, it was very visible what it was. If u have the pic i can at least compare if that’s what it looked like

Good news!
The ultrasound tech saw the baby and despite not being allowed to, she showed me the baby to ease my nerves. I am actually measuring at 7 weeks rather than 10.
I saw my little baby and the yolk sack and watched its heart beat. ♥️😭😭😭

I’ve had 2 neither were painful just blood, clots and tissue. Depends how far along you are. I didn’t even have cramps. First one was 5 weeks second was almost 7 weeks.

Final Update: Thank you everyone for your kindness and support. The baby is fine and with the heartrate wives tale, I have a feeling it's going to be another boy lol (I want a girl so I'm hoping it's inaccurate, but as long as it stays healthy, I don't even care.)
Anyways, I'm measuring at 7 weeks, 1 day and I now have a January due date.

Update: they are booking me an ultrasound at the clinic in the hospital tomorrow morning, then I have to come back to the ER.
He saw the gestational sack, saw some grain, but couldn't determine if it was a fetal pole or not. (they don't have a machine on nights, only a wand that attaches to a phone) so they are making an appointment to get me in for an in depth ultrasound.

Well I think if it were bloodless what you passed may have just been discharge, not to sure. If it was a miscarriage i think it would have been bloody. Or atleast red. Good luck to you💓
