Anybody else have this happen to them?

Hey y’all! I already posted this in a different community but I havent gotten any answers and I’m impatient.

So I’ve been on the combo pill for a while now. I started when I was 18 and then switched to nexplanon when I was 21 for about 7 months and then had it removed and restarted the combo pill when I turned 22. I got pregnant in June of 2019 but didn’t know I was pregnant until 11 weeks when I miscarried (I had absolutely no pregnancy symptoms AT ALL and if I did they were identical to the side effects of my bc). After dealing with all of that I continued on the same pill which I take nearly perfect with the exception of missing it once or twice a month). I have been dating my current bf for 7 months and we’re not trying to get pregnant but we don’t use any other form of contraception except for my bc but I would be ecstatic if I was but anyways I recently started having the typical symptoms of pregnancy (starting a month ago) but tested negative every time except for last week when I got a very faint line on a blue dye test but I know the tendency of blue dye tests to give false positives so I didn’t think much about it. I dont get my period because I cycle through my bc so I wanted to test a theory and see what would happen if I stopped my birth control. So I stopped it and haven’t gotten my period yet and we’ve still been having sex like usual. I tested two days ago and got a negative and at this point I’m just confused because I’m still having the same symptoms. Does anyone have any advice, tips, or been through something similar? I don’t want to get my hopes up but I also don’t want to miss what might be right in front of me.
