PregnanppAnybody know what this could mean? Maybe a sign??

I know i’ve came across stories like this where people are ttc and then something like this happends and they end up pregnant. I was prepping dinner and the moment i grabbed this bell pepper and cut the top off i saw two baby bell peppers and i said OMG! And got super happy. Maybe i could be overthinking but it made me super happy!!! I figured it wouldn’t ever happen to me....we still have hope and faith we will be a family soon! & i pray this is a small sign from God that he is working his magic🙏🏼😭💙
