Vitex capsules
So i am taking vitex hopefully i can see improvement with fertility. I do ovulate but have a short luteul phase thats why im trying vitex.
If anyone can share their experience either good or bad.
How long did you take it before getting pregnant?
Did it mess up your cycles?
Any bad effects (headache, sickness)
