My lady bits SMELL so BADLY!! 😩

Someone, please help! I have never had this happen before! This is so embarrassing, please don’t make fun of me.

So last week I had my period and I notice one day that my vagina smelled soooooo badly like fish. I thought maybe it was from using tampons so I switched to pads the rest of my cycle to let my body do a little self cleaning. It took about 3 days but it worked.

But No joke, it was so bad my husband commented that the bathroom smelled weird, a bad weird. I thought he meant that someone went #2. I went in shortly after him and it smelled like fish!!! It hit me. I wrap my used tampons in toilet paper and then throw them in the trash. My tampons were smelling up the bathroom!! 🤢 I obviously changed the trash bag immediately.

Well that ended up going away. I thought I was in the clear.

Now it’s back!!! I woke up this morning with my vagina smelling like fish. It’s AWFUL!!! There not itchiness, no white discharge, just a horrible smell.

There are only two things in common between right now and a week ago.... I am wearing the same black underwear that I wore last week (obviously there were washed) AND I had the same dinner last night that I had right before my lady hits smelled last week which was fish, pollock to be exact.

Can eating fish make your lady parts smell like fish? I always hear girls say to eat pineapple or caramel to make you lady bits taste good for your man, could the same happen if I eat fish?

Just a heads up, I refuse to douche but will be sure to rinse the area with water today. I just don’t understand why it smells. I have never had this happen 😩 I am so embarrassed and it took a lot for me to post this because I am so mortified.
