Was The Last Airbender or The Legend of Korra better?

Since TLA has been brought on Netflix, I saw a Korra vs Aang debate on twitter and wanted to bring it here. I'm 17 so I grew up watching Korra but I also loved The Last Airbender! Which do you think was better?
My stance: Korra was a better character, Aang got the better plot

I think when comparing Aang and Korra, people are forgetting one big thing: Aang was 12-13 while Korra was 17 or 18. He was a preteen and she was in her late teens. That is a HUGE maturity gap. People say Korra is the better character and that's because due to her age, she was meant to be. Her being less silly and making better choices than Aang was intentional. I strongly believe The Last Airbender was better with the characters and the plot. TLOK tried too hard to shift away from the original story that the plot began to make no sense.

To me, Legend of Korra was too boring ig. I only watched the first few episodes and all i wanted to do was shut it off. So Aang all the way :)
