Baby Not Sleeping

Hey everyone. My baby is a month old now. She's generally not overly fussy except in the evenings when she will fuss but can be calmed down by being held and walked around the house while we say "shhhhhh" but since 2am (it's noon now) she has not slept more than 30 mins at a time and wakes up crying. This is really unusual for her. She usually sleeps a 5.5 hour stretch at night and then a 2 hour stretch from 8am-10am. She isn't really screaming an unusual amount just a general whiny cry and moaning. She's breast fed, is peeing lots, eating and burping normally. She has like 1 big poo a day with a couple small poos. All normal lately. But she does kind of have a rash.

Any ideas? Or has anyone dealt with something similar with their little ones?? Sorry if I'm just overthinking it.
