Arm strengthening?
Anyone knows any workout or something i can do to increase the strength in my arms?
Its so weak that I can’t use manual whisk when im baking a cake or something, is that even normal? 😅
I always used to workout my lower body and core but never focused on my arms
Don’t tell me push ups.. i can barely do beginners push up the one i keep my knees on floor.
I’m 159cm and 123lbs
