Low iron 26 week

How much iron do I need a day? My midwife wasn’t really helpful. I take the prenatal one a day with iron in it. My level was 10 and normal range is 11.5-13 according to my midwife. If I add an iron pill can I still take my one a day? She told me to take some drops(floradix) since pills upset my stomach. I’ll have to call back to speak to a nurse to get more clarity. Just wanted to get yalls opinion if you’ve been in the same situation. Thank you!
