Increasing protein increased my Cholesterol

Hey ladies

I would love some helpful tips on how to keep my protein intake up while keeping my cholesterol low.

Last year my cholesterol was moderate to high. But so was my weight. So I focused on my weight by exercising and dieting. My diet consists of a lot of protein (chicken breast and turkey, occasional red meat) but now my cholesterol is higher than it was last year 😩 And I rarely ever put cheese or creams into my meals. I am devastated.

I am eating so much better yet my cholesterol is worse. What else can I do for protein while watching my cholesterol
