Did the Chloe Ting 2 week challenge work for you?

I am on day 2 of the 2 week ab challenge. Day 1 I didn’t feel like i was doing anything right, I’ve never worked out so im not sure of proper techniques. I am sore today so i had to skip 2/3 of the workouts in the set which I instead replaced with either a plank or crunches. Today I didn’t sweat like i did yesterday and I didn’t feel anything. I feel like i did even worse today and im already disappointed in myself but im going to stick to it! Has anyone else had any success with this challenge?
