What was your starting work out?

Do you remember what you did when you first started working out?

I use to work out and I can’t remember what I did to start before. It’s been a while. I think it was a dance video.

This time I just decided since I’m very very sedentary that I would walk 30 mins on my treadmill. Do 5-10 mins jumping on my small trampoline. Then squats, push ups, sit-ups.

Kinda just keep adding more and increasing times from there as I get stronger but..

Is that bad? I’m very out of shape and embarrassed. I don’t want to over do it and give up on myself but also want to lose weight. Just be healthier and comfortable in my own skin.

I own lots of other items. Weights of all sizes. Stretchy bands (I forget the name for them 😅) plastic ones for arms and legs. Weighted arm and leg bands to add extra weight. Jump ropes. And probably other items I forgot about. I’m also down to buy other items.

I plan to get to them and switch it up but Idk I guess restarting I’m overwhelmed. Just if you had any other suggestions. Thank you so much!

*I haven’t weighed myself in a min but I know I have to be 195-205 by now. I’m 5’3. If that matters at all.*
