Has this happened to you helppp!!!

So my period was supposed to end last week on Saturday & it did . But then me & my boyfriend couldn’t wait any longer & we had sex on Sunday . after we finished I noticed I started bleeding again so I put a pad on & ever since i haven’t stopped bleeding & it’s already two weeks exactly w me still bleeding is it ok ? Should I go to the doctor & get it checked up ? Have y’all experienced something like this

Update-still bleeding not like heavy but it’s light pink & sometimes there’s lil blood clots & today is Wednesday & I’m still bleeding so going for a third week of bleeding I need advice & if this has happened to you lmk what you did to make it stop
