Which temp should I use?

Question

I woke up at 4 am and took my temp because I thought it was time (I was very confused this morning) My temp read 96.90. I then went right back to sleep. I woke up at 6:50 my regular time to temp and it read 97.55. I’m due to ovulate today. 
Which temperature should I use? One would possibly mean I ovulated (after two more temps) the other no.

Always use the first temp, even if it's at a different time. Just note that it was at a different time and be aware it might be wrong. It's better to have a first temp that was taken at the wrong time than a second temp that was taken shortly after but at the right time. The first time is most important.

Use first time temp since you didn’t get 3 hours of sleep after when you temped at your normal time.  ovulation is in 12-48 hours after positive it’s not always the next day. Bd till you are dry !
