Chemical pregnancy

Okay I keep posting about this hoping I get answers but I think I keep posting too late (10pm) so nobody see my stuff lol 😂 so around April 20th I had spotting , I’m not on birth control. Took a pregnancy test it was negative. I was told wait like a week after the spotting or wait until your missed period . Well my period cycle is anywhere between 32days . And 41 so u wasn’t sure when I should be taking the test so I just kept buying test and taking them . About 2 of the test was VERY FAINT . and the rest was negative . We had sex and my right ovary was giving me lots of discomfort to the point that I wanted him to hurry and cum so it can be done . I finally got my period May 5th . But I was still wondering why I was having them symptoms. I went to the ER yesterday hoping they can do a ultrasound on my ovary but all they did was test me for std , yeast infections. Put her finger in me and pressed on my stomach and gave me a script for a outpatient ultrasound whenever it starts to become very painful . She said she think I had a chemical pregnancy because of what I described to her . She said she will do a pregnancy test but wouldn’t it be negative since I already had my period a week ago ? I also gained like almost 10lbs . I do eat snacks but I also stay at around 160-163lbs so that was a big concern of why I wanted to go to the ER
