Implantation bleeding or period or something else?

Hi! My period is 7 days late today and I had unprotected sex 9 days ago. today I wiped and there was a LITTLE blood on the toilet paper. How do I know if this is my period or implantation bleeding. I generally get very light periods and they only last about 4 days anyways so it is very hard for me to tell what this is. Please help,

update: I woke up this morning (one day later) and there was no blood whatsoever. So basically I only had the “bleeding” for like 5 hours and it was only on the toilet paper. Do you still think it’s my period?
