I’ve had this skin issue my whole life. Anyone know what it is?

I have the crappiest skin in the world. Ever since I was young (maybe a few years after I started shaving) I’ve ALWAYS had these red bumps on my thighs. I’ve probably worn shorts less than 10 times my whole life because of this

It doesn’t itch. It doesn’t burn. Nothing. I don’t feel it or know it’s there until I look. 😔
