Increased daily water intake = bloating??
I’ve increased my water intake lately. And I’m just so bloated right now but I haven’t eaten anything sugary today and I’ve have pretty little salt, havent binged or anything, just a normal day + lots of extra water.
I used to drink like 4L of water a day and then bc of quarantine I just slipped from the habit and want to bring it back but I’m on day 2 of trying to drink 3L a day and right now I’m so bloated I look like I’m 6 months pregnant lol
Is this normal????
