Rib cage pain

I’m 21 weeks pregnant, i had the worst feeling in the world and it took my breath away i almost broke down in tears. I don’t know what it was because i know baby isn’t in my rib cage yet. But it felt like someone took their hand and was pulling on my right rib cage, and expanding my ribs. If i laid down i couldn’t get up because the pain was so intense. It hurt to breath in. Like it took my breath away badly. It honestly felt like someone was blowing up my rib cage and felt like a giant bubble was there. I had weird cramping the past few days and pelvic pain/ cervical pain. I’m worried
