And what city and state do you live in? (Can put metro area) I live in North NJ outside of NYC and I pay $1150 for a 1 bedroom apartment. That is considered really cheap. We’re a family of 3 now and we need a house 😭

In Springfield, MO we have 5 bedrooms 3 bathroom, a farm on 5 acres of land, and the mortgage is $800 a month.

Apartment in brentwood california, 1850 for 2 bedroom plus utilities basically 2000 a month... a downstairs unit it 1950 an this is the cheapest around here other than that a two bedroom apartment is as much as a hour 2300-2500!
