Yes borderline... but digital BPs can be off some. I would call your DR. I’m being induced Friday for elevated BP (138/88) with protein in my urine.  So I would definitely get checked out!

The 89 is borderline but taking it often and stressing about it isn’t going to help. If anything it’ll make it stay high
