Which helped you get pregnant?

If you’ve tried one or both please comment your experiences and if one failed but the other one ended up working! Also side effects that you may have had with one or the other?
I have my first fertility consultation in a couple weeks and I’m really nervous about what I may be prescribed.

6 weeks with my first. Was on clomid for 5 cycles !

We used letrozole to thicken my lining on top of IUI.

Clomid worked first try (with IUI) but miscarried at 7 weeks, developed clomid resistance after 3 rounds. Minimal side effects for me though. Conceived twins on follistim (injectables), follistim did cause a large ovarian cyst that actually had to be removed mid pregnancy but that may have been the result of a twin pregnancy/increased hormones my fertility doctor assumed it would shrink on its own

I got pregnant on my first try with letrozole and my best friend got pregnant on her first try with clomid 😊which one works better depends on what your fertility issue is.
