Hot flashes while BF
Anyone else ever get hot flashes while breastfeeding? My babe is 8 months old and we’re in the process of weaning from BF so we only BF at night. Last night while I was nursing I was getting really quick like hot flashes, but they were like hot bolts through my body. Hot flashes can last several minutes, these lasted a couple of seconds but were super uncomfortable.
Anyone else?
